Aroma Organics Limited reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. We at our sole discretion may cancel any order(s): 

i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or 

ii. For any reason outside the control of Aroma Organics Ltd. including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties. 

Return & Replacement:

1. No returns will be entertained for any purchases made on the site unless there is an error from our team or any damages caused in transit.  We will replace the product 

In-case an error from our end or damage in transit. The replacement will be done within 7-10 days upon receipt of the return. 

Refund:

1. No refund will be given for any cancellations made by the buyer which also includes non-acceptance of shipment by the buyer.
2. If your order is cancelled by the Company due to unprecedented circumstances after you have been charged, the said amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working bank days.
